Bill Harmer
Bill Harmer is co-founder and principal of The Black River Group as well as director of Chelsea District Library in Chelsea, Michigan. Named one of Library Journal's "Movers & Shakers" for 2009, Bill created the Rock & Roll Library Tour, which has been bringing live music to libraries across the country since 2005. Bill has conducted workshops and given presentations around the country on topics including outreach, programming, and senior services. He received his MLIS from Wayne State University.

Elizabeth Goldman
Elizabeth Goldman is co-founder and principal of the Black River Group and CEO of Perth & District Union Public Library in Ontario. Previously, she was the database librarian at Kingston Frontenac Public Library in Ontario and the adult services librarian at Chelsea District Library in Michigan, where she worked in local history, technology training, and senior services. She was named one of "40 under 40 to Watch" by Heritage Newspapers in 2007 and was a member of the Michigan Library Association's Leadership Academy class of 2008. Previously a journalist and historical researcher, Elizabeth received her MSI from the University of Michigan and reviews history titles for Library Journal.
